What has changed?
We have launched our new independent firm, Boggs & Company Wealth Management. Though we’ve grown, one thing has not changed – our commitment to enriching our client experience for you and your loved ones. For over 45 years, we’ve helped countless high-net worth individuals navigate complex financial decisions and we’ll continue to pave the way for you to live a life that you love.
What motivated you to make the change?
We decided it was time to make this transition for the betterment of our firm, our families and for you, as our client, and extension of our company. We’re confident that opening our own independent wealth management firm is going to provide you with an even more elevated process with access to a comprehensive array of investment choices. Taking this step forward is our allegiance to you and your future so you can continue to grow, thrive, and flourish.
Why did you choose to affiliate with LPL Financial?
After extensive research and due diligence, we decided the best decision for our firm, and our clients, was to step into independence and work with LPL Financial. Our priority, in finalizing this decision was to ensure that our clients would experience a smooth transition as we opened as Boggs & Company Wealth Management. Leveraging the operational support of LPL Financial means, we can continue to do what is best for you, your family, and your future.
Why didn’t you tell us about this change earlier?
We would have loved to tell you sooner. Legally, we were not permitted to provide advance notification to our clients. How did you choose your name?
We chose Boggs & Company for its inclusiveness of not only our incredibly talented and tenured team, but also its representation of you, as our client, an extension of our company. In deciding our name, it was important to us that we express our gratitude for your unwavering loyalty to our team.
What should I expect during this transition?
You can expect a smooth and transparent process as we make this transition together. You will be contacted directly to discuss how this change will positively impact your experience with us, as well as, discuss the process for your account transfer.
Can I keep my accounts where they are?
Yes. However, if you choose this for your account, we will not be able to manage your investments since we’re no longer affiliated with Wells Fargo. Your accounts would be reassigned to a different advisor.
Where will my assets be held, and how safe will they be?
LPL Financial is our custodian for our clients’ assets. With more than $600 billion in client assets serviced and custodied, LPL provides an enormous catalog of services and resources, as well as a long history of financial stability.
LPL is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member firm subject to the federal securities laws and the rules of industry self-regulatory organizations, which requires LPL to protect client assets with the utmost care and adhere to financial protection rules keeping your money safe.
LPL accounts have additional securities protection to cover the net equity of client accounts up to an overall aggregate firm limit of $600,000,000. This coverage is underwritten by Lloyds of London syndicates.
Has your investment process changed?
Our investment process has evolved and offers you, as our client, even more sophisticated and diversified options for your portfolio. You will also have access to best-in-class research, state-of-the-art tools and technology to keep you informed and up to date with real-time account data and simplified statements.
How is my personal information protected?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, LPL Financial uses security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. LPL’s online environment uses security technologies, including layered security and access controls over personal information.

Where is your new office?
Our office location has not changed however, we have remodeled and made improvements to our existing office space. We’re excited to share our newly designed offices with you.
